PRICING

Prices stated on AquaSilver's web site are in US dollar and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We are doing our best to keep prices constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment for it we will always honor the price quoted. In the event of a pricing error we will endeavor to honor the cheapest price but do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomic or where the price has been abused.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

AquaSilver attempt to be as accurate as possible. Products are often supplied with metal weights where appropriate. Unless stated these are guides only and can vary by a few percent. Images do not necessarily represent an items true size and as such dimensions are supplied when the data is available. AquaSilver does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is without error but we endeavor to ensure all information is correct and up to date. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, AquaSilver shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AquaSilver shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AquaSilver shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
