Packing & DeliveryAfter placing an order we will confirm the delivery time with you by email. Normal delivery time is approximately 4 weeks but it depends on the size of the order and if there any special requests. We use DHL, UPS or EMS depending on the weight and price. You will be notified in advance of the delivery cost and you will receive the tracking number of the shipment. All our items come packaged individually in plastic bags and bubble wrap to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that one of your items is damaged in anyway please contact us via email and we will arrange a replacement or refund. |
